I went back and read running wild that you posted months ago and a lot has happened since then. No longer on that plan. I have another plan to do a little running and yoga with a little walking. The message that you posted in Running Wild below has really helped me. Great to re read it. I start my new plan on Monday, tomorrow, I will let you know.
