Law Of Attraction Evidence Still Coming

Wednesday, March 17th, 2010

I’m adding a couple more items to my Law Of Attraction Evidence list. The first is just a little thing, but it’s fun. The second is pretty exciting (at least to me):

Constellation Names (3/16/10)

A few nights ago, the sky was exceptionally clear, and Tim and I stood in our driveway and looked up at the stars together. It’s been so long since I learned the names of the constellations and I’ve forgotten most of what I learned. Tim, of course, has forgotten everything (he experienced a major memory wipe after a head injury in 2006, in case you haven’t read previous posts).

I managed to pick out the Big and Little Dippers but then I was lost. I said, “I need to read up on the constellations and relearn the names of all these clusters.”

Yesterday, we received the monthly newspaper put out by our local community club. One of the full page articles was about our clear night skies and the names of the constellations. Fun!

Debt Reduction (3/17/10)

Okay, I think this one is BIG and exciting! Yesterday, I wrote that I was relaxing about the creditor phone calls we get. I could feel I was releasing resistance about the debt we have.

Today, the debt consolidation company that’s handling our debt called and said that one of our card companies is settling a card with a $12,800 balance for $3500. The monthly amount we’ve been paying into a fund for these settlements will cover that settlement within the next few months. So we’ve lowered what we owe.

This is MAJOR! Sure, we still have a mountain of debt, BUT look at what’s shifted just a day after I found some relief on the subject of our debt.

Abraham-Hicks says that when you can find relief (feel a little better) on a subject, you’ll find a little more, then a little more, then a little more. And things will get better and better and better.

So I’m excited about what’s coming next!

Too Much Reality

Wednesday, March 17th, 2010

I got hit with too much reality yesterday. Not complaining, mind you, but several things I expected to put into place yesterday refused to fit into the nice little compartments I’d prepared for them. I got new information on several projects that forced me to rethink my plans.

Since I couldn’t complain about it, I decided to turn away from it. I put my attention on things that didn’t seem as important to me, but then, what do I know?

Since today is St. Patrick’s Day, which conjures images of four-leaf clovers and luck, even if it has nothing to do with that and I don’t even believe in luck, I’ve decided it’s a good day to make a list of things I’d want to find hidden beneath a four-leaf clover. A friend of mine calls her version of a list like this her Dreaming List.

When I think of dreaming, I feel longing, like a dream is a desire for something I’m not sure I can have. So I’m making a Vibrational Escrow List. These are just some of the things in my vibrational escrow [For those of you who don’t know, “vibrational escrow” is Abraham-Hicks’s term for things we desire that the nonphysical part of ourselves has already vibrationally matched with; that vibrational match is like a sort of escrow that holds our desires, waiting for us to release resistance (in the form of negative feelings) and allow law of attraction to bring our desires to us.]:

  1. A book contract for my YA series
  2. A book contract for my dog memoir
  3. A move to the Southern Oregon Coast
  4. A large house on acreage with an ocean view, on the Oregon Coast
  5. An RV to travel in
  6. Traveling with Tim and Ducky and her future sister in the RV
  7. Ducky’s future sister (a second Springer spaniel)
  8. My size 10 body back
  9. A screenplay sale
  10. 50,000 happy visitors a day to The Joyful Springer
  11. Writing songs with Tim (his music, my lyrics)
  12. Having a flexible, comfortable right ankle (to go along with the happy one on the left)
  13. Being a person who happily eats small amounts of food
  14. Or alternatively, having a really fast metabolism (this is actually more fun)
  15. Giving lots and lots of money to friends

This is just a start. And of course, these experiences and things are on the list because I think they’ll make me feel good. So for now, I’ll just decide to feel good.
